In the middle of summer, we had a meeting in Luk Foo Cantonese Kitchen In Puregold E. Rodriguez. I don’t usually head to that part of Metro Manila so I’ve never heard of this restaurant before but I can say that the aircon felt like heaven after walking under the sun.

Birthday Noodles. Not that it was anyone’s birthday. I really like the dish they’re served in. Hahaha.

I was finally able to go to the the new wing of Shangri-la Mall for a meeting. There weren’t a lot of stores open, but there were quite a few restaurants. Since the ramen place was packed, we scouted around for a restaurant we could all agree on.

We finally settled on Balboa, an Italian restaurant. I learned from my mom (who ate there a few days later) that it’s owned by Marvin Agustin, the actor. I had to google who that was. Hahaha.
